Central London Homeless Outreach Event

Over 8 million people in the UK are living in food poverty and struggling to eat. Multitudes are grappling with the socioeconomic impact of the current cost of living crisis.  In addition to the masses of suffering homeless people on the streets, many people on low or no income are struggling to eat or take care of basic needs. Our Soup kitchen and outreach programmes are targetted at these highly vulnerable members of our community. Our simple strategy is to identify and focus on the most desperate cases (those on the streets), while not ignoring others with less obvious needs. We serve lunch and provide essential items to homeless people, rough sleepers, and struggling individuals in Central London every week. IMPORTANT:

We encourage volunteers to come along with anything they can donate to service users. Here is a list of urgent needs:

• Jackets, shirts, and other kinds of tops
• Trousers, shorts, and skirts
• Trainers, slippers, sandals & shoes
• Underwears (unused)
• Mobile phones (old/used)
• Rucksacks & luggage bags
• Sleeping bags
• Socks and gloves
• Hats
• Toiletries (used/new)
